Last week I gave you a peak at my meals for a day. I know that many people struggle with building a grocery list or even knowing what a typical Paleo grocery list would entail. That being said, this is my grocery list for the week:
Nitrate Free Bacon
Nitrate Free Sausage
Grass Fed Beef
Nitrate Free Beef Jerky
Organic Cheerios (totally not paleo…totally not mine…the husband eats them for breakfast)
